What is an MCP server?
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is the open standard AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini use to call external tools. An MCP server for your business exposes tools like "check availability" or "place order" that the assistant can call on the customer's behalf.
Do I need an API?
It helps but is not required. If you have an API we build on it. If not, we add a thin layer over your database, store platform (WooCommerce, Shopify) or booking system.
How much does a ChatGPT app or Claude connector cost?
A read-only pilot costs EUR 3,000-4,500 + VAT; a full app with actions, sign-in and directory submission EUR 5,000-8,000 + VAT. Care is EUR 300-1000 a month.
Will it show up in ChatGPT for everyone automatically?
No. Apps enter the official directories after each platform reviews them. Until then, anyone can add it directly with the connector URL.
Is my customers' data safe?
We use OAuth, least-privilege tools, an action log and confirmation for anything that costs money or changes data. The assistant only sees what your server returns.
