Your data, kept simple.

What we collect

Through the contact form we receive your name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), approximate budget and project description. If you use the AI estimator, what you type is sent to an AI model (via OpenRouter) to generate the estimate; we use it for nothing else.

Why we collect it

To reply to your request and send you a quote. Requests reach us through a private notification channel (Telegram) accessed only by the Promptify team.

What we don't do

We do not sell data. We use the Meta pixel to measure ads only if you consent in the cookie banner. Without consent, no tracking cookies load. See the Cookie policy.

How long we keep it

Until your request is resolved and, if you become a client, for the collaboration and legal archiving periods. Write to us any time to have it deleted sooner.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any data we hold about you. Email bogdan@promptify.ro and we'll handle it within 72 hours.
